How Training Works

Every training relationship begins with a 50-minute virtual consultation ($100). We’ll talk through your goals, training history, lifestyle, and schedule — and map out what your training plan will look like.
If we’re the right fit, your consultation fee is credited toward your first month of training.

Meet with Francia (virtually) for an in-depth goal setting session.

Based on your consultation, I’ll design a plan that includes your weekly coached sessions, programming for independent training days, and ongoing support between sessions. Everything is built around your goals and adjusted as you progress.
Ongoing Coaching: We meet consistently each week, refine your program monthly, and build strength and habits that last.

TRAINING BASICS

Training memberships begin at two coached sessions per week. Most clients train two to three times per week, with personalized programming provided for independent training days.

Not necessarily. Every training plan is customized around the equipment and space you have available, whether you’re training in a fully equipped gym, at home, or while traveling.

All you need is a reliable internet connection, enough space to move comfortably, and any equipment you have available. Your program is designed around your setup.

Absolutely. Every training plan is tailored to your current fitness level, movement experience, and goals. Whether you’re just getting started or looking to take your training further, you’ll receive a program built specifically for you.

Training is always adapted to your body and your goals. If you have a current or previous injury, we’ll discuss it during your consultation and design a program that prioritizes safe, sustainable progress.

No. Training is offered exclusively through recurring monthly memberships because consistency is the foundation of meaningful, lasting results.

Most clients begin with a three-month training foundation and continue beyond it as their strength, confidence, and goals evolve.

Your programming travels with you. If your schedule changes, we’ll adjust your training whenever possible. One unused session may be carried forward into the following month to help keep your progress on track.

Following your consultation, I’ll recommend the training plan that’s best aligned with your goals, experience, and schedule. If we decide we’re a good fit, your consultation fee is credited toward your first month of training.
POLICIES & TERMS

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited. Full scheduling and cancellation policies are provided before training begins.

Yes — by booking, you acknowledge the inherent physical risks of exercise and agree to hold Francia Cooper and Francia Cooper LLC harmless from any injury or damages that may occur during training.

By scheduling and paying for your membership, you automatically accept all terms outlined in the Personal Training Agreement.
